EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has hired a research analyst who will primarily focus on monitoring the New Jersey office market.
Christa DiLalo Petti recently earned dual master's degrees in public policy and city and regional planning from Rutgers University's Edward J. Bloustein School of Panning and Public Policy. In 2010, she was part of an award-winning team that created a comprehensive sustainability plan for West Cape May, N.J.
C&W's New Jersey research team, based in East Rutherford, covers the northern and central counties, which house about 183 million square feet of office space and 608 million square feet of industrial product.
