Argo Turboserve Corp (ATC), a provider of supply chain management and nuclear engineering services, has extended and expanded its headquarters lease by 5,200 square feet at the 160 Chubb Ave. building in the Cityview Corporate Center in Lyndhurst, NJ. The company now occupies a total of 19,840 square feet at the site.
Cushman & Wakefield's Curtis Foster, based in East Rutherford, N.J., serves as the Class A office property's exclusive leasing agent on behalf of its ownership, a Boston-based real estate pension fund. Kwartler Associates, Inc. is the managing agent and developer for Cityview Corporate Center.
ATC, which was represented in the transaction by John Friedland and James Klayman of United Realty Advisors, LLC, is an entrepreneurial company that provides customized services to Fortune 500 companies and the federal government. The firm supports the aerospace, nuclear and industrial markets.
Completed in 1977 and renovated in 2005-2006, the three-story Cityview Corporate Center consists of 138,000 square feet on 8.4 acres in Bergen County's Meadowlands submarket. The property has direct access to routes 3 and 17, I-80, the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike, and NJ Transit. On-site amenities include a full-service café, 24/7 card key access, and 324 outdoor parking spaces. The building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2010 for its operating efficiency.
"ATC is expanding their Industrial Division and corporate infrastructure, and in doing so has recommitted to the property on a long-term basis," said Foster. "This building is flexible in that regard - we were able to easily relocate other tenants in order to satisfy the requirement."
