Spinal Care Clinic Relocates to Lexington Ave in East Harlem

Dynasty Medical Care, P.C. has expanded and relocated its Manhattan clinic to a 3,000-square-foot space at 1714-1730 Lexington Avenue, between 107th and 108th Streets in East Harlem.
Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman and Joseph Aquino, Executive Vice President, along with Arthur Maglio, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
The medical group provides services that include internal medicine, orthopedics, neurology, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy and other related disciplines. It has additional locations in Queens and the Bronx.
"The new medical center will be at the southernmost part of the East Harlem district, which nowadays is regarded as the 'upper' Upper East Side," said Ms. Consolo.
"The proximity to public transportation adds to the clinic's accessibility," added Maglio.
