J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO) has fully leased its Riverview Court apartment community in Nutley, NJ.
Located on a former brownfield site previously occupied by a vacant, deteriorating industrial building, Riverview Court is a 71-unit, one and two bedroom apartment community designed and built by JGPCO over an 11 month period spanning between June 2009 and May 2010.
JGPCO's first multifamily project, the property was fully leased in just under a 9 month marketing period.
