Eastern Consolidated Renews Lease at 355 Lexington Ave

Eastern Consolidated has renewed its 15,000-square-foot lease for the entire 11th floor of Rudin Properties-owned 355 Lexington Avenue at East 40th Street.
John Lord and John Cinosky of ATCO Properties & Management acted on behalf of Eastern Consolidated who also engaged Gregg Lorberbaum of Centric Real Estate Advisors as consultant. Louis Somoza of Rudin Properties represented the landlord in-house.
Asking rent at the 22-story, 260,000-square-foot building is $45 per square foot.
