Designer Jen Kao Signs 9,715-SF Lease at 10 Hudson Square

Jen Kao, the designer of women's fashion and accessories, has signed a 10-year lease for 9,715 square feet of office and showroom space on the 10th floor of 10 Hudson Square in the Hudson Square neighborhood.

In addition to Marc Schoen, the Savitt Partners team of Michael Schoen, Brian Neugeboren and Scott Kummings represented Jen Kao in the negotiations. Peter Fontanetta acted on behalf of Trinity Real Estate.

Originally completed in 1928, 10 Hudson Square is situated between Charlton and Vandam Streets. It features a marble lobby, access to mass transit, 24/7 tenant access, onsite management and security systems. The 12-story, 311,364-square-foot building is home to WNYC, Princeton Review and Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal & Partners LLC.

Jen Kao joins Hudson Square's diverse roster of creative, nonprofit, arts and media companies including Cowtan & Towt, Scott Jordan Furniture, Viacom, Postworks New York, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Horizon Media, Atlantic Philanthropies, OneKingsLane, New York Public Radio/Jerome L. Greene Performance Space, 92 Street Y TriBeCa, CBS Radio East, The Children's Museum of the Arts and New York Magazine.
